The Smolare waterfall is located on the north side of the Belasica Mountain, along the course of Lomnica River, at 600 meters above sea level. Smolare is the only permanent waterfall in Macedonia with a water drop of 39.5 meters.
It is located near the village of Smolari and about 500 meters from the restaurant Atlantis, where ends the asphalt road, where is a parking lot.
From here you can continue on foot on a well-arranged hiking path with wooden staircases and fence, through the picturesque nature of the mountain Belasica.
